[BaseCamp] google earth pro

Well, my program icon is blue, and it doesn’t say “Pro”. I discovered under “Help” that it says “Upgrade to Pro”, so clearly I don’t have it. However when I choose that link, it takes me back to the original we page I started at, and if I proceed it says I’ve already signed up.  So I’m in a loop… Guess I’ll try to find some contact info <sigh>…
