Chris,

When you got your license email, did you follow the link to download?

Step 1: Download
Download the latest version of Google Earth Pro for Windows or Mac:
http://earth.google.com/intl/en/download-earth-pro.html

I just clicked "Agree and Download" again and it popped up for me to
download the Pro .exe file

Save that file, then run it when it is done.  It takes a bit to install.
