[BaseCamp] from Excel xls to BaseCamp waypoint gpx

I've done this for all of the prior TOH:  For the name of the memorial I use the notation WA15-01name1, WA15-02name2, etc, along with the coordinates.  Usually I don't fiddle with the addresses and other info as I just carry a paper or electronic version of the list.  It's worked well for me.
