[BaseCamp] from Excel xls to BaseCamp waypoint gpx

in Excel I have a column labeled Description into which I have city info.
Running it through GPSV, that Desc info becomes Notes information.  Since
the BaseCamp waypoint properties line for City is blank, I was hoping to
get it filled using GPSV.
