[BaseCamp] has Find Address changed?

Greg

You may not be missing something, but I guess I'm missing a few more brain
cells. Getting old, I guess. I looked at that video you highlighted. It
must be an early version of BC as the Find function is not exactly as it is
on the video, but the results are what I have been use to seeing. Very
fast results posted in a column on the right side of the screen.

As for the Select, all I can say is that when I was first learning BC, I
was told (or at least this is what my few remaining brain cells remember
being told) that the Select tool was the way to narrow down the area within
which you were going to try to find an address. It also does what you
said, highlights items in your Files.

So, based on what you and Tim replied, I guess I've been doing Find
Addresses wrong and was just being lucky with the results. It appears my
luck ran out. I'll just use the search box in the upper right corner from
now on and not use the Find>Find Addresses method.

Thanks, Joe
