[BaseCamp] Drawing shapes on the map

I'd like to draw some colored shapes overlaid onto the Basecamp map to
create a visual grouping of waypoints. Can't seem to find a way to do this,
or even to draw any type of shape. There's a "drawing" toolbar but it
doesn't have these types of tools in it. I've got plenty of options
manipulating screenshots, but I'd like to do it inside BC if possible.
