[BaseCamp] delete waypoint - revert to default map

I think we have a winner.  My results are the same.  If the next waypoint is
near enough to the waypoint being deleted, the zoom doesn't occur.
Otherwise it zooms sufficient to display the next waypoint.  Thanks Eric and
Bill for pointing that out.

I've noticed the same thing as Bill.  Deleting a waypoint results in the
next waypoint in the list being highlighted, and therefore displayed on the
screen.
