[BaseCamp] waypoint position (lat/lon)

yes, I'm zoomed in, probably as far as possible before I do the waypoint
moving. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Some times I just place a new
waypoint on the map where I want the dragged waypoint to be, and then
delete the other waypoint instead of dragging it. Yep, there are a number
of ways to skin the cat and get the position, but to me drag/drop is soooo
simple -- if it would just work. Oh well
