[BaseCamp] waypoint position (lat/lon)

If you're zoomed in really close then the amount you're moving the waypoint
may not be a large enough distance to make the number change. For example,
if you use DD.xxxxx like I do, then anything after five decimal points is
truncated.
Test it out by moving a waypoint 20 miles.
