[BaseCamp] waypoints to spreadsheet

Hi

I have a large group of waypoints for a map in BaseCamp.  Can I export
these into an Excel spreadsheet format?  If so, how?  I would like to at
least get waypoint name and lat/lon into spreadsheet columns.

I have started with spreadsheets and ended the process with waypoints, but
I am not aware there is a reverse process.  Using the 'Export Selection'
option, I am not finding my way to an XLS format.
