[BaseCamp] moving waypoints in a BC route

The drag n drop advice didn't work for me. Not sure why. But, I did
realize that after the multiple waypoints are selected, or highlights, a
right click on the mouse brings up a box of options. Select the COPY
option. Then scroll down the route list of waypoints and highlight one
waypoint right where the copies ones should be placed. Right click mouse,
select the PASTE option. That worked for me.
