[BaseCamp] moving waypoints in a BC route

It works on a PC.

(1) Select the first waypoint
(2) Hold down the Shift key while selecting the last waypoint in the
string, all the waypoints you want to move should now be highlighted
(3) Drag them to where you want them within the route
