[BaseCamp] Can't update PC map with Garmin Express

Normally when I connect my GPS to my laptop and launch Garmin Express, if
there's a map update, I am able to load the map to the GPS only, the GPS
and the computer, or the computer only. With the most recent update, the
options for computer have disappeared. How do I update the map on my
computer?

This happened on two different laptops and the same GPS and version of
Garmin Express.
