Acccessory power lead

I'm trying to locate the guy on EBay who was making up 3 unit fused wiring 
harness that plugs into an existing keyed accesory plug on my v strom.  He 
sells the wiring harness for $40.00 which includes shipping in the lower 48. 
At this price it's not worth buying the bits to make my own.  I have both my 
electric vest and a power outlet wired directly to the battery with inline 
cartrige fuses.  I want to hook up my grip heaters but want them off when 
the bike is off.  I forget to turn stuff like that off.  I've only used the 
power outlet for a small air compressor and when I forget about the electric 
vest the leash to the bike reminds me in less than a step away from the 
bike.
Any body know anything about the Charraral motor cycle.  There is a 100 cc 
1971 for sale localy.  Might be an interesting project now that I sold my 
1973 Hodaka Dirt Squirt.
