Roadrage in Germany

We have an ugly one of our own in California, about three weeks ago.

Details are scattered around in various articles, but it *appears* that 
the driver and the rider had some interaction on the road, and at some 
point the rider kicked out at the car, likely as a self-defense thing, 
and the driver then rear-ended the bike and ran over the rider.    Very 
tragic mess.
