was BMW, now GPz shock rebuild

Bill,

I had my original rear shock converted to a rebuildable with a Race Tech
Gold Valve from a ZX-11 many years ago and have had it serviced a couple of
times since. I rebuilt the rear shock linkages last summer and installed
my refreshed Koni shock on it since I don't see myself doing much more
touring on it now that I have the Ducati. The OEM shock is far easier to
adjust than the Koni when going from heavily loaded to unloaded on a trip,
but isn't as good for everyday riding as the Koni.

I could easily store the BMW for a while if someone was interested. It is
an excellent canyon carver, I had to take off the foot peg lowering kit
that was on it when I bought it, as I kept dragging the pegs all over. I
can still get there with the stock pegs, which are lower than those on the
GPZ.
