I wonder if Earl Whitmore is still around and riding on the road.  He 
mentioned something about just riding on the track as the opposing 
traffic was getting too crazy.
 I think he lived around Brevard NC.  Maybe you could go to the post 
office and check the state wanted posters.
I think he is or was a building contractor.
 Any body know anything about wiring an old aluminum camping trailers. 
 I've been fighting the electrical gremlins on a 1973 Serro Scottie 
Gaucho 13' .  The original 14 clearance lights (JHC 14 clearance 
lights on a 10' box must have been made in Vegas) and tail lights used 
the aluminum skin as a ground.  For an extra $5.00 in wire they could 
have hard wired to the steel frame.   Gonna be a Canned Ham Camper. If 
this thing pisses me off much more it's going to become an ice fishing 
shack and/or a deer hunting stand.
