[Sheepranch] Food plans, Please consider before Friday

Pesto and tomato sauce can certainly be served over something other than pasta — fish, veggies. In fact, I’ve got one of those handy dandy veggie shredders which can be used to create zucchini “pasta”.

Or we get some spaghetti squash and use that. Yummy! The easiest is probably one or two spaghetti squash for those who would rather avoid traditional pasta.

Just some alternative suggestions...

And no pine nut allergies? I will make extra for others that might want it, but it won’t be enough for the entire group.

Throw in some good crusty bread and/or garlic bread, a salad or two, and your done! Oh, and wine! I have a 1.5L bottle of what I hope is a decent Cabernet to add to the mix.

Execution is actually easier. We have willing hands. Build on these ideas and let's get a shopping list together for Friday afternoon. I don't expect anyone to shop on Saturday or Sunday. I'm willing to go to the store if someone will drive a vehicle that can transport bags of groceries.
