[Tanx] [External] TA Problem. Please assist

The solution is simply to ride the motorcycle.

The magic elixir may do something or it may just be there as you ride along
and it's impossible to know given confirmation bias.

Basically, unridden motorcycles develop carb problems, ridden ones don't.
