[Tanx] Fwd: TA --- vacuum hose leak.

This exact thing happened to me. I fixed it in the same way.  I was in a
neighborhood well know for drug dealing.

I was on my way to the TA rally in Sommers where someone ran out of gas and
we ate a pizza.
