Almost all High Voltage Transmission Lines are now designed using AutoCAD or MicroStation in combination with Google Earth Pro 64 bit.
Maybe that is why I did not know that there was still a 32 bit version.
With that being said, I have absolutely no issue making a kml in BaseCamp and opening it in Google Earth Pro 64 bit. Might take me 30 seconds longer than you can do directly with the 32 bit version.
