[Sheepranch] Food plans, Please consider before Friday

Progress! Thanks Angela!!!

BTW, I was planning on bringing gluten free pasta regardless, likely Pasta Joy brown rice fettuccini style. If that works, I’ll keep to plan. And I’ll also pick up one spaghetti squash because I too like that. It’s easy — bake and scrape.

It sounds like we have a plan! I’ll likely make enough pesto for the main veggie heads plus additional for everyone to have as a side if so desired.

Are we good? :-) If so, I think the only other thing we need to determine is salad fixings and/or sides, including bread for those who want it. Joanne, are you bringing up Maura bread?

Thanks all!

Lee

Zucchini pasta is kind of a pain and a mess. I like spaghetti squash, but don’t know if we need to do that just for me!

I don’t think anyone is vegan, right? And no pine nut allergies? I will make extra for others that might want it, but it won’t be enough for the entire group.

Throw in some good crusty bread and/or garlic bread, a salad or two, and your done! Oh, and wine! I have a 1.5L bottle of what I hope is a decent Cabernet to add to the mix.

Execution is actually easier. We have willing hands. Build on these ideas and let's get a shopping list together for Friday afternoon. I don't expect anyone to shop on Saturday or Sunday. I'm willing to go to the store if someone will drive a vehicle that can transport bags of groceries.
